*Official Rules – God Hears Her 200th Episode Celebration Giveaway *

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by RBC Ministries, PO Box 2222, Grand Rapids, MI 49501

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to RBC Ministries and not to Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY OF REQUIREMENTS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

The enter, the Entrant must comply with each of the following criteria:

•          Follow God Hears Her (@godhearsher) on Instagram.

•          Like the Giveaway post posted to the God Hears Her Instagram account on August 11, 2025.

•          Share the Giveaway post to Stories (if the Entrant’s account is private, Entrant must DM an image to God Hears Her on Instagram to confirm that they have completed this step)

For Bonus Entries, the Entrant may elect to complete the following actions:

•          5 Bonus Entries for each person you Tag in the Comments of the Giveaway post.

•          10 Bonus Entries for Subscribing to the God Hears Her Email list.

•          10 Bonus Entries for Subscribing to the God Hears Her YouTube Channel.

•          Send image proof that these steps have been completed using Instagram Direct Messaging (DMs).

All submissions become the sole property of RBC Ministries and any content submitted that RBC Ministries determines in its reasonable business judgment does not comply with any of these requirements will be disqualified.

The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States, 16 years of age and older on or before September 17, 2025, excluding employees and immediate family members of RBC MINISTRIES and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled.

Offer void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Each Entrant in the Giveaway must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the Instagram account indicated by the Entrant’s Instagram handle. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Instagram account is opened.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway will commence on August 11, 2025 (9:00 a.m. ET). The last entry will be accepted on September 17, 2025 (11:59 p.m. ET). Instagram will automatically record the entry time and is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

One (1) prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received on or immediately following September 18, 2025.

POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY DIRECT MESSAGES ON INSTAGRAM. IF A WINNER DOES NOT RESPOND WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF NOTIFICATION, THE POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE FORFEITED THE PRIZE, AND AN ALTERNATE RANDOMLY SELECTED POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN.

PRIZES

The Grand Prize winner will receive

Only one prize will be awarded per individual, family, or household. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. RBC MINISTRIES may substitute a cash payment of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Any federal, state, or local, taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Prizes will be awarded, provided there is at least one valid entry.

CONDITIONS

By participating, Entrants signify their acceptance of the Official Rules and to waive any claim with respect to ambiguity of the Official rules. By participating, Entrants grant to RBC Ministries a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to (i) publish (my photograph(s) which may be included, for ministry publications, electronic reproductions (web sites) and/or promotional materials or any other purpose and in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed. In addition, I grant my permission to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same.) the photo and/or content submissions on the Website, social media, and/or other promotional materials and (ii) to use the Entrant’s first name and address (limited to City and State) for purposes of advertising and promotion on the Website, social media, and/or other promotional materials.

Entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless RBC Ministries and Instagram, their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and assigns, and their respective employees, attorneys, representatives and agents, including advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from any and all liability or damages arising from the administration of the Giveaway including, without limitation, the following: (i) late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected or unintelligible entries, (ii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, entry materials and prize notifications, and (iii) any damage to the Entrant’s computer and related equipment and software resulting from Entrant’s downloading of information regarding the Giveaway or participation in the Giveaway. Entry materials and prize notifications that have been tampered with, altered, or do not comply with these Official Rules are void.

RBC Ministries may only use the personally identifiable information obtained from the Entrants in accordance with these Rules and its privacy policy.

If a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond its control corrupts the administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway, RBC Ministries reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest and to select winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by RBC Ministries. RBC Ministries may prohibit you from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other Entrants or the representatives of RBC Ministries.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, IN SUCH EVENT, RBC MINISTRIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE THEIR REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY’S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

 Odds of winning depend upon the nature and number of eligible entries.

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be determined according to the laws of the State of Michigan, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in the State and County of Michigan over them and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
